Current approach

What the site is trying to support

Accessibility intent

GeoQuizGenius aims to keep the website usable across desktop and mobile browsers with clear structure, semantic landmarks, and keyboard-reachable navigation where practical.

Accessibility-friendly elements already present

  • Skip links to main content
  • Semantic landmarks such as header, nav, main, section, and article
  • Visible focus states and keyboard-reachable navigation controls
  • Responsive layout for mobile and large screens

Known limitations

Where accessibility may still fall short

Interactive game limitations

Some interactive 3D or map-driven quiz experiences may not yet be fully accessible to all users. Canvas-heavy or visually spatial gameplay can reduce screen-reader usability and may require visual interpretation that is not yet fully translated into alternative formats.

Conformance note

GeoQuizGenius does not currently make a formal WCAG conformance claim. This statement is intended to describe the current state honestly rather than imply that a full specialist accessibility audit has already been completed.
